The rise of Non Profit Donor is gradual and these people help others to lead a better life. I had a personal experience with a Non Profit Donor who was funding the education of the needy children with exceptional marks. I was startled when the donor told me that so far I have made around 25 doctors and 74 engineers in his life time and will continue to increase this figure to 100 doctors in the future years. As a first phase, the foundation sent invitations to all the corporation schools run by the government to recommend two students from their school whom are poor but are good in studies and based on the response and feed back from the schools and through various means where the teachers recommended many such students and the non profit organization received nearly 4500 applications and from that the volunteers short listed only 180 students by field visit and direct enquiry of the students. The system they devised to short list and to receive the applications was very transparent and this attracted many donors to fund the organization.

The media started the process and after a year the same program was conducted with the Non Profit Donor, the beneficiaries, their parents, the actor, volunteers, and office bearers etc. The program was exceptional in getting the feed back of the 180 candidates who have experienced very tough conditions to study and get good marks and with the help of the Non Profit Donor they are now doctors and engineers and professionals of various disciplines and have joined the respective courses with the funding of the not for profit donor. The interaction and the speech by the Non Profit Donor was also influencing and probing and most of them said that an investment on education is their life time dream and were willing to offer more and I was wondering thinking about the driving force behind this Non Profit Donor which is neither recognition nor money.
